Montgomery Door reserves the right, at our expense, to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you and, in any case, you agree to cooperate with Montgomery Door if and as requested by Montgomery Door in the defense and settlement of any such indemnifiable matter.
Governing Law and Venue
